Do you have an iPhone app stuck on your Home screen that won’t open or delete? You press and hold it, but an X doesn’t appear where you can remove it? When this happens, the app is not fully downloaded and is stuck in a sort of limbo.
To resolve this issue, reset the iPhone by pressing and holding the Home and Power buttons for about 15 seconds. The device should then restart and complete the installation of the app. This will allow you to then use the app or uninstall it as normal.
